Registration - On-site only, Friday until the end of the Pennsylvania State Quick Chess Championship
Round 1 - Approximately 10:15pm Friday - immediately after the award ceremony for the Pennsylvania State Quick Chess Championship
Each round is a match with one game white and one game black against the same opponent.
There are three differences from ordinary chess:
If it is possible to make a capture move, then you must make a capture move.
If all of your pieces are taken (i.e., you have a lone king), then you win the game.
If you are stalemated or checkmated (in the sense of ordinary chess), then you win the game.
